Community Project

Helping with the following in a semi-rural village just outside Delhi in the following ways:

  • Adding another room at the medical clinic for in-patient use.
  • Building a wall for the compound and planting trees. The compound includes the medical clinic, a small reading room for youth, and a childcare facility.
  • The rest of the compound is over-run with weeds, and cattle wander in and further dirty it and eat anything that is planted there. Efforts in cleaning the area have not been successful because it is open from 2 sides, so building a wall would protect the area and then it could be maintained, and with trees planted, made more pleasant.
  • Medical Equipment
  • Solar Energy Plant – this could provide all of the clinic’s energy needs, and even be income generating by selling surplus energy to more well-off (high caste) members of the village

  • Meaningful interaction in Bandwhari Village, expanding their medical clinic and beautifying the area
  • Rickshaw ride through Old Delhi
  • Taj Mahal at sunset
  • Champagne breakfast at Taj Khema
  • Jaipur’s City Palace and Observatory
  • Elephant polo demonstration with opportunity to paint and bathe elephants
  • Exclusive venues
  • Private chartered flights
